Is Nexxt Site Manager legal advice?

No. It is an advisory tool — every document it generates is a draft for your review, built to the relevant Victorian formats. It never replaces your building surveyor, your lawyer or the Act itself.

Does it work on site with poor reception?

Yes — the site-capture tools keep working offline. Site instructions, inspections, RFIs and defect photos save on your phone when you have no signal and sync automatically when reception returns.

Where is my data stored?

In a managed PostgreSQL database protected by row-level security, so each account can only ever see its own records. The Security page lists the full stack, data locations and subprocessors.

Is it only for Victorian builders?

It is built Victoria-first — the Security of Payment Act 2002 (Vic) including the 2026 reform, WorkSafe Victoria SWMS requirements and the NCC as adopted in Victoria. Other states are on the roadmap.

What changed under the SOP Act 2026 reform?

From 15 April 2026, reference dates were abolished (claims run monthly), payment terms are capped at 20 business days, and respondents get a 5-business-day second chance to issue a payment schedule. Nexxt's deadline engine already reflects the reform — always verify against the Act for your own contract.

How much does it cost?
