Compliance Disclaimer
Nexxt Site Manager, operated by Nexxt Nest Group, provides AI-assisted operational tools for Australian construction businesses. This page explains what the platform does, what it does not do, and what remains your responsibility. It forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms of Service.
1. What the platform does
The platform assists your operational workflows. It uses AI to produce drafts and working aids — progress and payment claims, SWMS, NCC guidance summaries, site records, quotes, subcontractor documents and similar — to save you time and help you stay organised.
2. What the platform does not do
- It is not a compliance authority and does not certify, approve, lodge, or guarantee the compliance of any work, document or project.
- It is not legal, engineering, building-surveying, accounting or other professional advice.
- It does not replace the judgement of a qualified professional or the relevant regulator.
3. Your responsibility
The platform assists your operational workflows. You, the builder, remain fully and solely responsible for:
- reviewing and verifying every document the platform generates;
- confirming current legal, regulatory, contractual and standards requirements;
- obtaining all required approvals, permits, inspections and certifications;
- ensuring legal and compliance correctness before you rely on, submit, serve, or act on anything produced by the platform.
Using the platform does not transfer any of these responsibilities away from you.
4. AI output can contain errors
AI-generated content may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Always check figures, dates, calculations, clauses and statements yourself before use.
5. Regulations change
The National Construction Code (NCC) and BCA, the Security of Payment Act, Australian Standards, WHS requirements and council rules change over time and vary by jurisdiction. Always confirm requirements against the current official source, or with a qualified professional, rather than relying on a generated summary.
6. Workflow-specific notes
- Progress & payment claims — verify all amounts, GST, dates, statutory wording and deadlines under the Security of Payment Act before serving.
- SWMS & safety documents — confirm hazards, risks and controls are complete, accurate and specific to your actual site and works.
- NCC compliance guidance — treat as plain-English orientation only; confirm with the current NCC or a registered building surveyor.
- Records, diaries and registers — accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and keep is your responsibility.
