Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for the Nexxt Site Manager platform, operated by Nexxt Nest Group.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance (monthly or annually) through Stripe. They renew automatically each period until cancelled.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — from your account page, or by contacting billing@nexxtsitemanager.com.au. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not renewed after that. There is no cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital subscription delivered immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused periods once a billing period has started.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, you may be entitled to a remedy — including a refund. Contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

4. Free plan

The free plan has no charge and nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past-due and Stripe automatically retries for a short grace period. If payment is not completed during that period, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan. Your data is not deleted by a downgrade.

6. Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, we will give reasonable advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period — never retroactively.
